Our goal is to provide practices the resources with which to navigate ever-changing needs effectively, while managing the business of their practices. Particular attention is paid to: payors, claims, practice costs and regulatory issues. Develop economies of scale with programs and vendors to help with cost of services both internally and externally.

We are now expanding our membership to surrounding counties and are interested in adding valuable physician members who service those communities. Our objective is to provide meaningful services and assistance to our members in this dynamic environment of ever-changing financial and administrative challenges.

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE:

Staying abreast of Government compliance mandates especially as it relates to sharing of Patient Health Information. This is reflected in HIPPA, the new Red Flag Rules and most recently the mandate to no longer share information via Fax, which could result in a breach violation.
